The Regional Stewardship Boot Camp is an intensive, one-day session and six months of follow-up coaching designed to teach regions how to launch a breakthrough regional stewardship initiative or take an existing effort to the next stage. This session is for groups generally familiar with the concepts and practice of regional stewardship, who want to ignite change in their own region.
LEARN FROM THE BEST
Whether your team is just getting started or you want help energizing an existing effort, the Regional Stewardship Boot Camp offers the necessary tools you will need along the way. Participants hear first-hand start-up stories from other regions and have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from experienced practitioners. Each team member also receives a ?Regional Stewardship Survival Kit,? which contains a wealth of knowledge including a best practices library, pertinent reading materials and much more.
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A PLAN
Participants are led through a series of excercises focusing on the Framework for Regional Collaboration and the ?creative space? at the center of these four interdependent worlds.
Teams will then design their own ?Regional Stewardship Start-Up Plan? for implementation in their region, and engage in 6 months of follow-up coaching while implementing their plan.
