Over 5,000 development leaders will gather in New York City for the Urban Land Institute's Fall Meeting, to be held November 1-5, 2004 at the Hilton New York. The conference annually attracts top real estate developers, public officials, academics, and consulting professionals to share valuable information regarding the latest industry trends and everyday practices vital to maximizing their job performance and profitability. The program reflects a culture of open sharing of experience-mistakes made as well as lessons learned.
No other meeting offers the depth of information, the sharing of experience or the caliber of networking opportunities that the ULI Fall Meeting provides. This year's program will feature five general sessions and keynote speakers, a full-day Real Estate Trends Conference, over 50 concurrent session programs featuring over 300 expert panelists, more than two dozen mobile workshops and cultural programs, and a host of networking opportunities. Additionally, the conference will showcase some of the world's most innovative real estate developments located in and around Manhattan.
Keynote speakers will include former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on leadership; Gene Sperling and Lester Thurow on the global economy; Fareed Zakaria on the geopolitical outlook; and master negotiator, Herb Cohen. Finally, former President Bill Clinton will provide a global outlook and reflect on the November 2nd general election results.
